FAA location identifiers ↗The phase declarations contemplate Phase II common amenities and a boat launch. Phase I use is conditional on completion and applicable Phase II rules, with reasonable admission/use fees permitted. These clauses do not prove that facilities operate today or that every property has transferable access.

Before you buy: a property checklist
- Is this parcel in Phase I or Phase II, and which plat lot and later recorded changes apply?
- What are the current association dues, shared-facility admission charges and committee submission requirements?
- Was the Phase II boat launch completed and permitted, and what written access rights transfer with this lot?
- If airport access is advertised, what separate runway, hangar or airport-use agreement grants that right?
- What current road, shoreline, septic and utility approvals support the intended improvements?
